By accessing or using MindMirror, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Purpose of MindMirror
MindMirror is a private reflection and decision intelligence system designed to help users observe patterns in their thoughts, decisions, reflections, and personal entries. It is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login information secure.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the reflections, entries, voice notes, and other content you create in MindMirror. By using the service, you allow MindMirror to process your content only as necessary to provide the app’s core features, such as reflection history, pattern insights, and account-based access.
5. AI-Generated Insights
MindMirror may use AI features to generate observations, summaries, or pattern-based insights from your entries. These outputs are informational and reflective in nature. They should not be treated as professional advice, diagnosis, or instruction.
6. Responsible Use
You agree not to misuse MindMirror, attempt to interfere with the service, access other users’ accounts, upload malicious content, reverse engineer protected parts of the system, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep MindMirror available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting interruptions, or other operational reasons.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Some MindMirror features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, billing intervals, and cancellation options will be shown at the time of purchase. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
MindMirror is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use of MindMirror after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
